Samsung has announced a new lineup of monitors for 2026, including the industry's first 6K gaming display. The Odyssey G8 G80HS features a 6,144 x 3,456 resolution and a 165 Hz refresh rate. It can switch to 3K resolution for a 330 Hz refresh rate in dual mode. The monitor has a peak brightness of 400 nits.
Samsung also unveiled OLED G7 and G8 gaming monitors.
The Odyssey G7 G80HF is a 27-inch 5K monitor with a 180 Hz refresh rate and dual mode support for QHD at 360 Hz. Samsung also introduced two OLED gaming monitors. The Odyssey OLED G7 G73SH is a 32-inch 4K display with a 165 Hz refresh rate, dual mode to FHD at 330 Hz, a 0.03 ms GtG response time, and a claimed peak brightness of 1,300 nits. The Odyssey OLED G8 G80SH comes in 27-inch and 32-inch 4K variants with a 240 Hz refresh rate and a claimed peak brightness of 1,000 nits.

For productivity, Samsung unveiled the ViewFinity S8 S85TH, a 40-inch curved 5K2K monitor with a 144 Hz refresh rate and Thunderbolt 5 connectivity supporting 80 Gbps data transfer and 140W charging. The ViewFinity S8 S80HF is a 27-inch 5K monitor with a 60 Hz refresh rate. The Movingstyle Essential is a 43-inch 4K monitor with a movable stand.
Samsung claims the Odyssey G8 G80HS is the industry's first 6K IPS gaming monitor. The company says the OLED G7 and G8 reach peak brightness of 1,300 nits and 1,000 nits, respectively. The monitors are available now globally except in the US, where listings have not yet gone up. The Movingstyle Essential will be available at a later date.
