Razer has launched the Huntsman V3 Tenkeyless 8KHz Edition, a compact gaming keyboard with an 87-key layout. The keyboard goes on sale today at 20:00 CST.
Second-gen optical switches offer adjustable actuation
The Huntsman V3 Tenkeyless features second-generation Razer analog optical switches with an adjustable actuation range from 0.1 to 4.0 mm in 0.1 mm steps. The actuation force is 40g, and the switch lifespan is approximately 100 million keystrokes. The keyboard supports an 8KHz polling rate, reducing input delay to about 0.58 ms. It also includes a Snap Tap function for instant direction switching. The keycaps are dual-shot PBT, and the keyboard features Razer Chroma RGB lighting.

The Huntsman V3 Tenkeyless is priced at 1499 CNY (about $220) in China.
Compared to the Pro version, this model does not include a wrist rest, knob, or dedicated control buttons. The 8KHz polling rate is eight times the industry standard of 1000 Hz, aiming to reduce the time from key press to screen feedback in fast-paced FPS games.
Razer has not confirmed availability outside China.
