The update adds two new ascendancies: Spiritwalker for the Huntress class and Martial Artist for the Monk class. The iconic Mageblood unique item is also returning in Path of Exile 2, though its exact function in the sequel remains unclear. This is the last major early access league before the full 1.0 release.

The update will be playable globally starting May 29. Patch notes will be released on May 21.

According to Grinding Gear Games, the 0.5 update completely flips the game on its head. The 1.0 release date has not been confirmed, but a rumor suggests a late December or early January launch.
