Pocketpair developed this major version update, which introduces two new map areas: the World Tree and the Sky Ocean Township. The World Tree serves as the central scene for the main storyline, while the Sky Ocean Township adds a fresh island region to explore. Players can now encounter 72 new Pals, including original designs and variant forms, expanding the collection beyond the Early Access roster.

The game features a revamped Pal system with new awakening and mutation mechanics that alter creature progression. Automation and building systems received optimizations to improve stability and ease of use for base management. These changes address common feedback from the Early Access phase, focusing on smoother gameplay loops and reduced technical friction.

The update also highlights hardware integration, specifically promoting the Gainsun RTX 5060 Ti 8GB Triforce v2 OC graphics card. This hardware leverages NVIDIA Blackwell architecture and DLSS 4.5 technology to enhance performance. DLSS 4.5 can generate up to five additional frames for every native frame, reaching up to six times the native frame rate. The dynamic multi-frame generation intelligently switches between two and six times frame generation based on hardware load and scene complexity.
