Nvidia reported its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027. The company posted total revenue of $81.6 billion during this period. This figure represents an 85 percent increase compared to the same timeframe last year.

The company also raised its quarterly dividend from $0.01 to $0.25 per share and announced an additional $80 billion in share repurchase authorization.
Nvidia forecasts total revenue of $91 billion for the second quarter of fiscal 2027, with a margin of plus or minus two percent. This projection excludes China data center compute sales. The company also reclassified its gaming segment under the broader Edge Computing category rather than reporting it as a standalone business unit.
Jensen Huang described the current expansion of AI infrastructure as the largest in human history. He stated that agentic AI has arrived and is scaling rapidly across industries. Nvidia positioned itself at the center of this transformation by noting its platform runs in every major cloud and powers both frontier and open source models from hyperscale data centers to edge devices.
