LG Launches Two 144Hz Full HD Monitors with VRR and MBR

LG Electronics Japan has introduced two new Full HD monitors designed for gaming. LG Electronics introduced these monitors to address consumer interest in budget-friendly, high-refresh-rate screens within Japan.

Two budget-friendly IPS displays hit Japan in June with variable refresh rates.

The lineup includes a 27-inch model identified as the 27U411B-B and a smaller 23.8-inch version called the 24U411B-B. Both units use IPS panels with Full HD resolution to deliver clear visuals for everyday computing and fast-paced games.

The displays share several gaming-focused features. They support variable refresh rates to reduce screen tearing during gameplay. The panels also offer a 1ms Motion Blur Reduction mode and HDR10 compatibility. Color accuracy remains consistent across the sRGB spectrum at 99 percent coverage.

The pricing structure is designed to appeal to cost-sensitive consumers in the Japanese market. The larger 27U411B-B costs approximately 22,000 Japanese yen. The smaller 24U411B-B retails for around 19,000 Japanese yen. Both monitors are scheduled to ship within the next few weeks.

These displays are marketed toward casual gamers seeking fluid gameplay rather than maximum image detail. This release follows previous LG monitor launches that featured comparable resolutions but reduced refresh speeds.

LG confirmed that both monitors will arrive in Japan during June and July. Retail distribution across Japan is scheduled to begin shortly after the official launch dates arrive.
