Frore Systems unveiled the LiquidJet Nexus at Computex 2026. The new cooling solution targets high-performance AI accelerators, promising better thermal management and performance gains.

Monolithic water block targets AI accelerators
LiquidJet Nexus is a monolithic water block designed to cool two Blackwell GPUs and a Grace CPU simultaneously. It is built for dense AI server configurations where heat dissipation is critical.

The cooling block handles 400W to 600W of thermal energy per square centimeter. It measures just 17mm thick and weighs 65% less than competing solutions, according to Frore.
ODM tests show a 6°C reduction in Blackwell GPU temperature compared to default cooling. This temperature drop translates to a 10% boost in token generation performance.
Frore plans to produce versions for Nvidia Vera Rubin and other accelerators. The company is working with major hyperscalers to develop custom LiquidJet-based cooling systems.
Availability and pricing have not been announced. Frore says it is ready to manufacture the LiquidJet Nexus for Rubin platforms and other accelerators as needed.
The LiquidJet Nexus offers a thinner, lighter alternative to existing liquid cooling solutions. Its performance gains in token generation make it a notable option for AI workloads.
