Elecom is bringing a new twist to portable power with a 3-in-1 mobile battery that packs an AC charger and a built-in USB Type-C cable. The two models, DE-AC16-10000 and DE-AC17-5000, aim to reduce the number of cables and adapters users need to carry.
Two models offer 10,000mAh and 5,000mAh capacities
The DE-AC16-10000 offers a 10,000mAh capacity, while the DE-AC17-5000 has a 5,000mAh capacity. Both units integrate a foldable AC plug and a permanently attached USB-C cable, making them a single-device solution for charging phones, tablets, and laptops.

When plugged into a wall outlet, the battery acts as a USB charger delivering up to 67W via USB Power Delivery. In standalone mobile battery mode, the maximum output drops to 30W. A 1% incremental LED indicator shows the remaining charge level.
The larger model measures 64 x 31.5 x 110.5 mm and weighs about 380g. The smaller one is 76 x 31.5 x 88.5 mm and weighs around 325g. Both are rated for roughly 500 charge cycles and come with a one-year warranty.
Color options include black and white for the DE-AC16-10000, and white and black for the DE-AC17-5000. Pricing is open, and availability in Japan is listed as coming soon.
