Canon Printers Now Integrate with Xiaomi Mijia App, 61 Models Supported

Canon has integrated its printers with Xiaomi's Mijia App, becoming the first printer maker to partner with Xiaomi. The integration was announced on May 20, 2025, in China.

Integration covers 90% of Canon cloud-print inkjets.

A total of 61 Canon inkjet printers are supported, covering 90% of Canon's cloud-print-enabled inkjet printers. Supported series include Xiao G Ling, GX Gongxi, TS, TR, and E series. Users can remotely print, monitor printer status, check ink levels, and purchase original supplies through the Mijia App.

The integration is available in China starting May 20, 2025.

Daisuke Ehara, Senior Vice President of Canon (China) Co., Ltd., said that the consumer electronics and office equipment industries are undergoing accelerated transformation, with intelligence and ecosystem integration becoming core trends. He noted that the intelligent upgrade of a single product can no longer meet users' diverse needs. He described the cooperation with the Mijia ecosystem as an important measure for Canon to deepen its smart ecosystem layout and a key practice to create value experiences that exceed user expectations.

Canon has not confirmed plans for expansion to other regions.
