The incident occurred in May 2026 and was discovered through Have I Been Pwned, a breach notification service. The compromised data includes email addresses, usernames, IP addresses, support tickets, and bcrypt-hashed passwords.

The breach exposed 63,926 user records. Each record contained an email address, username, IP address, support ticket history, and a password hashed with bcrypt. Bcrypt is a strong hashing algorithm, but accounts with weak passwords remain vulnerable to cracking.
