ATK has released the YOGO 75 series, a new line of low-profile mechanical keyboards designed for users who want compact typing experiences without sacrificing switch feel. These devices offer tri-mode connectivity and a gasket-mounted structure that provides a softer, more flexible typing feel compared to traditional rigid boards. Buyers looking for portable mechanical keyboards with customizable switches should note that these models ship with specific Kailh switches pre-installed.

Tri-mode connectivity and gasket mount define the new ATK peripheral lineup

The lineup includes two distinct models: the standard YOGO 75 and the YOGO 75 Pro. Both models utilize a gasket mount structure with multi-layer foam filling to reduce noise and improve acoustics. The keyboards support Bluetooth, wired USB, and 2.4GHz wireless connections, allowing users to switch between devices or power sources easily.

The Liu Yun switch offers 40g of actuation pressure with a 1.2mm travel distance, while the Pink Island Mini switch uses 35g of pressure and a 1.3mm travel distance. Both switches share a total travel distance of 2.8mm and are housed in a compact form factor powered by a 5000mAh internal battery.

The YOGO 75 Pro adds a pixel dot matrix screen, dedicated media keys, and a volume knob to the standard feature set. The base YOGO 75 model does not include these additional controls or the display. These extra features on the Pro model cater to users who want quick access to media controls and system status information without using software.

Pricing for the standard YOGO 75 is set at 599.25 CNY (around $89.23), while the YOGO 75 Pro costs 699.55 CNY (around $104). Both models are available for purchase in China starting on September 20, 2024. The Pro model commands a higher price due to its additional hardware features, but both remain relatively affordable entry points into the low-profile mechanical market.
