Asus is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a special edition of its flagship mechanical keyboard. The ROG Azoth Extreme Edition 20 brings a black-and-gold motif and carbon fiber construction. It costs $100 more than the original Azoth Extreme launch price.

75% layout with AMOLED touchscreen and 8K polling
The keyboard uses a 75% layout with 81 or 82 keys. It connects via RF 2.4 GHz, USB 2.0, or Bluetooth. The chassis is aluminum alloy, and the wrist rest is silicone with a metal base.
Specifications

- Switches: ROG NX Mechanical (Snow/Storm)
- Screen: 1.47-inch AMOLED touchscreen
- Polling Rate: 1,000 Hz / 8,000 Hz with booster

The keyboard features a 3-way control knob and a side button for quick adjustments. All keys except Fn, Caps Lock, Windows, and Left-ALT are programmable. On-the-fly macro recording is supported, and onboard memory holds five customizable profiles plus one default profile.
Pricing is set at 24.99 USD. The package includes a silicone wrist rest, a metal switch puller, and the Polling Rate Booster dongle.
The original ROG Azoth Extreme launched as a premium gaming keyboard with a similar feature set. This edition adds the anniversary styling and a higher price tag. Tom's Hardware described it as one of the nicest-feeling and sounding gaming-specific keyboards they have used.
The ROG Azoth Extreme Edition 20 is a limited anniversary model with gold accents and carbon fiber. It offers high-end specs like an AMOLED screen and 8K polling. Buyers should expect to pay a premium over the standard version.
