The system is available in two variants: one powered by an Intel Core i5-1235U processor and another featuring an AMD Ryzen 7 Pro 8845HS chip. Both models are built around the same chassis, allowing users to choose their preferred architecture based on performance needs or software compatibility.

Under the hood, the WTR Max supports up to 96GB of DDR5-4800 RAM in its Intel configuration and up to 128GB of DDR5-5600 RAM when equipped with the AMD variant. Storage flexibility is a key focus, with five M.2 PCIe SSD slots and six SATA drive bays providing ample space for expanding data libraries.

The device includes a built-in display screen that shows core system information at a glance, along with support for ECC memory to enhance reliability during intensive workloads. Triple-display output capability allows users to connect multiple monitors, while a four-fan cooling setup ensures stable temperatures under heavy loads.

Connectivity options include one 10GbE port and one 2.5GbE Ethernet jack, catering to high-speed network demands. The front panel features both a USB4 port and an OCuLink connector, enabling eGPU expansion or additional storage scaling without requiring internal modifications.

Pricing for the WTR Max starts at $559 for the barebone Intel variant and $659 for the AMD version. These prices reflect the base configurations without RAM or storage installed, giving buyers flexibility to customize their setup according to specific requirements.
