AOC launched the AGON PRO AGP277QKP gaming monitor on May 20, 2024. The display targets competitive players with a Fast IPS panel and a maximum refresh rate of 425Hz. This overclocked speed exceeds the native 400Hz limit of the screen.
Fast IPS panel delivers competitive gaming performance with eye-care features
The monitor features QHD resolution at 2560 by 1440 pixels. It delivers 400 nits of SDR brightness and 450 nits for HDR content. The panel holds VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification with a contrast ratio of 2000:1.
AOC includes eye-care features such as circular polarized light, low blue light emission, and flicker-free technology. The screen covers 100% of the sRGB color gamut and 95% of DCI-P3. Color accuracy stays within a delta E value below two in standard RGB mode.
Connectivity options include two HDMI 2.1 ports with FRL6 support and one DisplayPort 2.1 interface using UHBR13.5 bandwidth. The unit also provides USB-B upstream, three USB-A downstream ports at 5Gbps speeds, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The display integrates Light FX ambient lighting on the back panel. An ergonomic stand allows four-way adjustments for height, tilt, swivel, and pivot settings. AOC has not confirmed the specific release date beyond the May 20 announcement.
