Specifications

  • LCD Screen: 3.95-inch magnetic color screen
  • CPU Compatibility: Intel LGA1851/1700/1200/115X, AMD AM5/AM4
  • Pump Speed: 2900±10% RPM
  • Max Flow Rate: 1.65 L/min
  • Max Head: 1.92 M

Aigo made the cold plate featuring a 3.95-inch magnetic color LCD screen to monitor the system. The pump features a ceramic bearing and goes up to 2900 RPM. The flow rate is up to 1.65 liters per minute.

The cooler has a 275 x 120mm radiator with 120mm Hydraulic bearing fans. The fans can go up to 1900 RPM.

The fans are designed for a maximum airflow of 72.5 CFM and a static pressure of 2.68 mmH2O. The fans are designed to keep the noise levels under 32.2dBA. The pump's noise level is quite low.

The maximum noise is only 28dBA. Aigo offers a 3-year warranty with leak compensation and personal service (for the buyer).

The cooler is available in two colors with some marginal price difference. The Black variant is available for 329 CNY (~ $49.24) and the white variant is available for 339 CNY (~ $50.74). The both variants are now up for a direct buy on JD.com (for China).

    1. The spec sheet lists max pump noise at 28 dBA and fan noise at 32.2 dBA. Ceramic bearings generally run quieter than fluid dynamic ones at high RPMs like 2900.

  1. I want to see independent thermal benchmarks before I trust the 72.5 CFM airflow claims. Factory numbers often ignore case airflow restrictions.

  2. The Intel LGA1851 support is a nice touch for future proofing without buying expensive mounting hardware later.

  3. The tube length is 400 mm according to the fact sheet. That is on the shorter side for modern full tower cases.
