ROG announced the ROG XREAL R1 AR glasses at ROG DAY 2026 in Guangzhou. The device is designed for gaming and projects a large virtual screen.

The glasses support up to 240Hz refresh rate and 0.01ms response time. They project a 171-inch virtual screen at 4 meters with a 57-degree field of view. The device weighs 91 grams and features 3DoF spatial anchoring and electrochromic auto-tinting. It includes built-in real-time 2D to 3D conversion via chip and AI. The glasses are compatible with PC, consoles, and handhelds via USB-C. They come with a ROG controller that has DisplayPort 1.4 and dual HDMI 2.0 ports. The design won a Red Dot Design Award.
