ZOTAC is positioning its ZBOX edge computing terminals as the hardware foundation for deploying AI agents. The company is promoting the systems as a local solution for running large language models.
Flagship models deliver 1850 TOPS
The flagship ZBOX models deliver up to 1850 TOPS of AI computing power. They can locally deploy quantized large models ranging from 7B to 32B parameters. ZOTAC claims the terminals achieve millisecond-level response times for real-time perception and multi-agent coordination. The systems also support long-duration high-load continuous operation.
ZOTAC is running promotional activities for the ZBOX at its server flagship store. Pricing and availability details have not been disclosed.
The ZBOX is designed to address requirements for low-latency response, data security, and stable operation in edge computing scenarios. By enabling local AI inference, the terminals aim to reduce reliance on cloud connectivity for agent-based workloads.
