Torvalds criticizes AI report flood
According to Torvalds, the flood of AI reports has made the security list almost unmanageable. He said people spend all their time forwarding reports or pointing out that the issue was already fixed. He recommends submitting patches instead of just reports.
Drivers made up half of the patches in this release candidate, with GPU drivers leading. Other updates include networking, core kernel, filesystems, and architecture changes.
Torvalds has not confirmed when the final 7.1 release will arrive.
