Shuttle introduced the XPC Barebone XB860G2 on April 24. This new mini PC features a compact 4.7-liter chassis design. The system supports Intel Core Ultra 200 Series processors. Intel Core Ultra These CPUs use the Arrow Lake-S architecture for desktop applications.
The barebone board utilizes the Intel B860 chipset. It connects to the processor through an LGA1851 socket. The cooling system relies on copper heat pipes and dual 60mm fans. The manufacturer rates the thermal design power at a maximum of 65 watts.
Memory expansion includes two SO-DIMM slots for DDR5 modules. The system supports speeds up to DDR5-5600. Users can install up to 96GB of dual-channel memory. The chassis provides three M.2-2280 NVMe storage slots for solid-state drives.

The XPC Barebone XB860G2 includes one PCIe Gen5 x16 slot and one PCIe Gen4 x1 slot. It supports graphics cards up to 205 by 120 by 45 millimeters.
