Four M.2 slots and USB4 v2 interface
The enclosure supports four M.2 NVMe SSDs in sizes 2230, 2242, 2260, 2280, and 22110. Single drive sequential read and write speeds reach up to 6000 MB/s. The downstream USB4 v2 ports can output dual 8K video at 60 Hz and support daisy chaining.
The TB504 is available through a crowdfunding campaign with a super early bird price of 339 USD (about $339). The original price is 599 USD (about $599).
ACASIC claims the TB504 can load 120 GB of 8K footage in 20 seconds. The enclosure is designed for content creators who need fast access to large video files.
