A teardown of a retail unit reveals the machine uses a single-channel memory configuration instead of the standard dual-channel setup. This design choice halves the available memory bandwidth for the system. Gamers relying on high frame rates may notice stuttering or lower minimum framerates as a result.

The laptop targets the Chinese market under Lenovo's Lecoo sub-brand. It pairs an Nvidia RTX 5060 GPU with either an Intel Core 7 245HX or a Core Ultra 7 251HX processor. High memory throughput is generally required for these components to achieve optimal performance. The single memory slot limits this throughput from the start.

The internal memory module is a 16GB DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM. NotebookCheck identified the DRAM chip as being manufactured by TWSC (Shenzhen Techwinsemi Technology). This is an obscure Chinese manufacturer rather than a major vendor like Samsung or Micron. Sourcing a single memory module from an obscure manufacturer prompts questions regarding the device's component supply chain.

NotebookCheck warns that the single-channel configuration could have a measurable impact on frame pacing. The CPU can only access one memory channel, which restricts data flow to the GPU. This constraint is especially significant for the RTX 5060, a GPU that relies on rapid memory access for peak performance. The device remains exclusive to China, so Western buyers will not encounter this specific configuration.

Lenovo has not commented on the memory configuration or the choice of DRAM manufacturer. It is unclear if all units ship with this single-channel setup or if it varies by production batch. The discovery came from a single product teardown by a Weibo user. Buyers in China should be aware that this laptop may not deliver the expected gaming performance due to these hardware constraints.
