Huawei has launched the Watch Fit 5 globally. The new smartwatch retains the same 1.82-inch AMOLED display as its predecessor but boosts peak brightness to 2500 nits.
Brighter display and new fitness features
The Watch Fit 5 weighs 27 grams, matching the Watch Fit 4. Battery life remains up to 10 days. New features include a Mini-Workout assistant for short guided exercises and a Trail Running mode with an upgraded Sunflower positioning system.
The watch supports NFC payments and over 100 workout modes. It is compatible with Strava, Kotcha, Naviki, and Clue.
The launch price in the EU is 199 EUR (about $233). The Watch Fit 5 is available globally starting June 18, 2025.
