A cancelled Xbox 360 build of GoldenEye 007 now runs natively on Windows. Developer SunJaycy released GoldenEye Recomp v1.0 on GitHub, bringing the game to PC through static recompilation. No emulator is required.
No emulator required for native Windows executable

The project targets the Xbox 360 version of the classic Rare shooter, which was never officially released. SunJaycy’s tool converts the original code into a native Windows executable. Users must supply their own game files, as the repository contains no game code or assets.
The recompiled port supports modern controller input and online multiplayer. Players can host or join matches over the internet, LAN, or services like Hamachi and playit.gg. The game runs at a stable 60 FPS with GPU-pacing fixes for improved frame timing.
Widescreen display is also included. The developer describes the result as a real native executable, not an emulated experience. The release is available globally on GitHub.
