Scythe has announced a dual-fan memory cooler for PC builders that targets high airflow and customizable lighting. The Thermalright MC-2 ARGB memory cooler features dual fans designed to improve heat dissipation for densely packed or high-performance memory modules.
Dual-fan memory cooler with two mounting options available from Thermalright
The device mounts directly onto the motherboard using either a latch mechanism or bracket screws. The cooler offers versatile mounting options, allowing installation via latch mechanisms or bracket screws to accommodate various motherboard configurations.
Each fan spins up to 3,200 RPM with S-FDB V2 Bearing technology. The fans deliver 16.17 CFM of airflow and 1.60 mmH2O of static pressure per unit. Noise output stays at 20.17 dBA under those conditions.
The cooler features ARGB lighting on the top shroud, side panels, and fan frames. Integrated ARGB lighting on the fans and shroud supports synchronization with compatible motherboard RGB control systems.
Thermalright offers two color variants: MC2-ARGB-BK in black and MC2-ARGB-WH in white. The model targets Japanese retailers first, with availability expected between June 10 and June 26, 2026.
