Cougar CVF220 RGB and Duoair RGB Cases Feature Hidden Airflow Cutouts

Cougar unveils the CVF220 RGB, Duoair RGB, and MX600 Mini V3 cases at Computex 2026, featuring hidden airflow cutouts and pre-built bundles with RTX 5060 and Ryzen 9800X3D.

Cougar showed three new PC cases at Computex 2026 that prioritize airflow through hidden design elements. The CVF220 RGB and Duoair RGB mid-tower models use aesthetic cutouts to route air without sacrificing looks. The company also revealed the MX600 Mini V3 microATX chassis with a dual-chamber layout for compact builds.

New mid-tower chassis designs integrate aesthetic cutouts for improved cooling without compromising visual appeal.

The CVF220 RGB moves the power supply to the front panel and adds a bottom intake cutout. This design supports graphics cards up to 420 mm long and allows a 360 mm radiator on the top panel. The Duoair RGB offers a replaceable mesh or tempered glass front panel for flexible airflow tuning. It accommodates GPUs up to 410 mm and comes with pre-installed 140 mm intake fans.

Cougar positioned both mid-tower cases around balancing thermal performance with visual appeal. The aesthetic cutouts channel heat away from the CPU while keeping the exterior panels clean. The MX600 Mini V3 splits its interior into two chambers to isolate components and improve cooling efficiency in small form factor builds.

The company also showcased pre-built systems built on these chassis designs. The Duoair A1 bundle pairs a mid-tower case with an Core i7-14700F processor, RTX 5060 graphics card, and DDR4 memory. The CVF220 X1 bundle uses the other case model with an Ryzen 7 9800X3D chip, RX 9070 XT GPU, and DDR5 RAM.

Cougar did not list specific pricing or release dates for the individual cases at this time. The pre-built bundles carry set prices of $1,499 for the Duoair A1 and $2,599 for the CVF220 X1. These systems demonstrate how the new chassis designs integrate with current generation components.

The announcements follow a pattern of case manufacturers integrating airflow management into standard gaming aesthetics. Earlier Cougar cases typically featured exposed mesh panels or solid tempered glass side panels rather than concealed cable management designs.
