PowerColor has launched the Hellhound Radeon RX 9070 GRE graphics card in Japan. The card targets gamers who want a balance of performance and cooling without the premium of flagship models.

The Hellhound RX 9070 GRE uses AMD's Radeon RX 9070 GRE GPU. It features a triple-fan cooler with a counter-rotating center fan to reduce turbulence and noise.
