The Ryzen AI PRO 400 series consists of desktop APUs built on the Zen 5 CPU architecture. They combine an RDNA 3.5 integrated GPU with an XDNA 2 neural processing unit capable of 50 TOPS. Workstation chips feature 3D V-Cache

It includes 128 MB of L3 cache thanks to 3D V-Cache technology and carries a 170W TDP. AMD claims the Ryzen AI 7 PRO 450G delivers up to 14% higher performance and 17% better efficiency than the Intel Core Ultra 7 265 at 65W. For the workstation chips, AMD says the Ryzen 9 PRO 9965X3D outperforms the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K by 13% in Autodesk Maya 2024, 9% in Unreal Engine, and 19% in Chaos V-Ray. The Ryzen AI PRO 400 series will initially ship only in OEM systems from Dell, HP, and . A DIY retail launch is expected later. The Ryzen 9 PRO 9965X3D and Ryzen 7 PRO 9755X3D are also slated for Q3 2026 commercial availability. Pricing has not been announced for any of the new processors.
