CORSAIR has announced the VANGUARD 96 series of gaming keyboards for the Japanese market. The lineup includes both wired and wireless variants, with availability starting on May 29, 2026.
New CORSAIR VANGUARD 96 Series Launched with LCD Display and G Keys
The keyboards feature a 96% layout and include a 1.9-inch LCD display. They utilize CORSAIR MLX mechanical switches with lubricated stems. Users can hot-swap switches using either 3-pin or 5-pin sockets. The wired model supports polling rates up to 8,000Hz.

The wireless version connects via 2.4GHz, Bluetooth, and USB-C. Battery life reaches up to 125 hours on the 2.4GHz connection with RGB lighting off. Bluetooth mode extends battery life to 132 hours under the same conditions. Both models include six programmable G keys that support Stream Deck functionality.
The wired model carries a price of 24,980 JPY (about $157). The wireless variant costs 31,980 JPY (about $201). CORSAIR has not confirmed pricing or availability for regions outside Japan.
