VGN has released the V98Pro V4, a custom mechanical keyboard designed for tri-mode connectivity. The device supports wired, 2.4GHz wireless, and Bluetooth connections to accommodate various user setups.

The keyboard features a 98-key layout with 100 keys and includes optional Polar Fox, Glacier Pro, Cow Pro, or Power Gold Pro switches. It utilizes a self-developed 'Pozhen' scheme that delivers dual 8K polling rates and a latency as low as 0.08ms.
A massive 10000mAh battery powers the device for up to 347 days of use, which represents a significant improvement over previous models. The keyboard also includes a V-Display dot matrix screen with customizable content and built-in full-color dynamic RGB lighting.
The build incorporates a Gasket structure with five-layer sound dampening fill and dual-stage adjustable feet for ergonomic comfort. It works with both macOS and Windows operating systems and uses the self-developed V HUB web or client driver software for configuration.
VGN sells the keyboard starting at 299 CNY (about $43.89) on JD.com.
