Hypershell has launched revised versions of its X-series exoskeletons. The new lineup includes the X Pro S, X Max S, and X Ultra S models. These devices feature an updated HyperIntuition motion control system. The company claims this update delivers faster response times to user movements.
New models feature faster HyperIntuition motion control with up to 1000W boost power.
The hardware specifications vary across the three models. The X Pro S offers up to 800W of boost power with a top speed of 20 kph and a range of 17.5 km per battery. The higher-tier X Max S and X Ultra S provide up to 1000W of boost power, reach speeds of 25 kph, and achieve ranges up to 30 km per battery. All models maintain a response time as low as 0.31 seconds. Independent testing by TUV Rheinland confirms the gait synchronization matches natural movement 97.5% of the time. The X Ultra S utilizes lightweight carbon fiber, titanium, and aluminum in its construction.
All exoskeletons carry an IP54 weatherproof rating. Pricing for the devices starts at $999 USD (about $999) for the X Pro S. Buyers can purchase the X Max S for $1,499 USD (about $1,499). The top-tier X Ultra S costs $1,999 USD (about $1,999). Hypershell sells these units directly through its own channels and will soon list them on Amazon.
The revised hardware targets both consumer and professional users. The company notes that the new models are free for search and rescue teams to use. This availability strategy aims to support emergency response operations while generating broader market interest in wearable robotics.
Hypershell has not confirmed a specific launch window for the Amazon store listing. The vendor also did not provide details on warranty terms or software update schedules.
