Dayin Orange has launched the C3 Pro projector in China on May 19, 2024. The device targets the consumer market with a focus on integrated hardware features and competitive pricing.
New projector features integrated night light gimbal stand and auto-focus camera system
The projector delivers native 1080P resolution and 570 CVIA lumens of brightness. It utilizes a self-developed Wukong X high-brightness fully enclosed optical engine paired with a TCL CSOT metal BM high-transmittance LCD panel. A 2800:1 contrast ratio supports the visual output.
Processing power comes from an MT9 series flagship chip, which enables Wi-Fi 6 connectivity. The unit includes a 6W speaker for audio playback. It features a ToF and full-color camera dual module to provide seamless auto-focus and keystone correction. The stand integrates a night light gimbal that allows for 120-degree tilt adjustment.
The standard price for the C3 Pro is 1175 CNY (about $172). Some regions offer subsidies that lower the cost to 999 CNY (about $147). The device became available for purchase in China on the same day as the announcement.
The C3 Pro competes in the crowded home entertainment sector by combining optical engine technology with smart correction features. The inclusion of a gimbal stand with an integrated night light distinguishes it from static projector designs. Dayin Orange has not confirmed the launch window for markets outside of China.
