Sucker Punch Productions has confirmed that Ghost of Yotei: Legends will not receive any further major content updates. The raid added last month was the final planned major update for the multiplayer mode.

Legends mode launched on March 10, 2026, and is now two months old. Lead designer Darren Bridges said the raid finishes the story of the Yotei Six in that mode. The team has enjoyed seeing players continue to play and enjoy it.
Bridges described the raid as the last planned update, leaving the possibility of unplanned updates if the team has an idea or if there is enough demand from players. However, no such updates have been announced.
The announcement comes shortly after the mode's launch, suggesting the studio is shifting focus to other projects. Sucker Punch has not confirmed what it will work on next.
