Chuwi CoreBook Air 226V Launches with Intel Core Ultra 5 and Thunderbolt 4

Chuwi has launched the CoreBook Air 226V, a 14-inch laptop powered by an Intel Core Ultra 5 226V processor. The device is available starting May 21.

Intel Core Ultra 5 powers the new Chuwi laptop

The laptop includes 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a 512 GB SSD. The SSD uses a PCIe 3.0 M.2 2280 slot that supports PCIe 4.0. The 14-inch IPS display has a resolution of 2880×1800 and a 90 Hz refresh rate.

The CoreBook Air 226V is priced at 859 USD (about $859). Shipping began on May 21.

Connectivity includes two Thunderbolt 4 ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 port, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, one USB 2.0 port, HDMI 2.0, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. It supports Wi-Fi 6E and has a 2 MP webcam. The laptop measures 312.9 x 22.5 x 16.8 mm and weighs approximately 1 kg.
