Leaked images from Brazilian regulator Anatel show a new Xbox controller designed specifically for cloud gaming. The controller has a compact shape similar to a SNES controller with joysticks. It includes all standard buttons: bumpers, triggers, a pairing button, and a Share button. The controller will be available in White and Black variants.
Compact controller with direct cloud connection
The controller features Wi-Fi for Xbox Wireless, Bluetooth 5.3, and a USB-C port. It has a 500 mAh internal rechargeable battery. According to The Verge, the controller connects directly to Xbox Cloud Gaming servers to reduce latency.
The controller's name and release date are unknown. Microsoft has not confirmed the launch window.
The leak comes from Tecnoblog and The Verge. The controller is expected to launch around May 2026 according to the Anatel filing.
