Adobe Photoshop Adds Object Rotate and Harmonize Features to Stable Version

Adobe has released the Object Rotate feature for Photoshop to the official stable version. This capability previously existed only in the beta environment for the software. The move brings a significant workflow enhancement to the standard release for users.

Users can access the rotation tool directly from the context taskbar

The Object Rotate tool automatically detects and isolates prominent subjects within an image. It cuts out these subjects to allow for precise rotation without affecting the background. Users can access this function directly from the context taskbar in the application.

Adobe also includes the Harmonize feature in the same taskbar area. This tool blends composited images to ensure they look natural and seamless. Combining Object Rotate with Harmonize allows for efficient and high-quality image compositing workflows.

Accessing the rotation feature requires selecting the target layer first. Users must press Ctrl on or Command on Mac to invoke the Free Transform mode. This step prepares the layer for the subsequent rotation operation.
