Montech CyberFlow AIO CPU Cooler Launches with 3500 RPM Pump and Dedicated VRM Fan

Montech launches the CyberFlow AIO CPU cooler series on October 12, 2026, offering builders a dedicated cooling solution for modern desktops. The release introduces two distinct variants, ARGB and CORE, to address different aesthetic and functional needs in the market. Buyers looking for reliable thermal performance with broad socket support can now choose from this new lineup.

Montech launches the CyberFlow AIO CPU cooler series on October 12, 2026, offering builders a dedicated cooling solution for modern desktops.

The CyberFlow system relies on a pump capable of running at 3500 RPM to circulate coolant through a 32mm thick aluminum radiator. It also features a dedicated magnetic VRM fan that operates at the same 3500 RPM speed to cool motherboard power delivery components. This dual-fan approach targets both CPU and VRM temperatures simultaneously.

Airflow management comes from the E25 series fans, which spin at a maximum of 2700 RPM. These fans deliver 93.12 CFM of airflow and 7.43 mmH2O of static pressure to push air through the radiator. The ARGB variant includes E25 ARGB fans for lighting, while the CORE model uses standard E25 PWM fans for pure performance.

Montech ensures compatibility across major platforms by supporting LGA1700, LGA1851, AM4, and AM5 sockets. The unit comes with a 400mm tube length to fit comfortably in most mid-tower and full-tower cases. Every CyberFlow cooler includes a 6-year warranty that covers leak damage, providing long-term protection for the investment.

The product is available globally starting October 12, 2026. Builders can select between 240mm and 360mm radiator sizes depending on their case compatibility. This launch expands Montech's cooling portfolio with a focus on high-speed pumps and comprehensive socket support.
