Xiaomi REDMI K Pad 2 Details: 8.8-inch LCD, Dimensity 9500

Xiaomi launched the REDMI K Pad 2 on April 21. The company released the device through a live stream at 19:00 for the global market.

The tablet features an 8.8-inch LCD screen with a 3K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. It maintains a 16:10 aspect ratio for the display. The device runs on a Dimensity 9500 processor. Xiaomi equipped the tablet with 15300mm² of VC cooling to manage heat.

The REDMI K Pad 2 includes a 9100mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging. It uses dual 1620 large-size full-frequency symmetric speakers tuned by Bose. The hardware also contains dual 0815 X-axis linear motors. A power button fingerprint sensor handles security. The unibody metal chassis comes in Electric Purple, Space Silver, and Deep Black. The gyroscope operates at a 400Hz sampling rate.
