SilverStone Announces HELA 1000Rz and HELA 1200Rz Axis Power Supplies

SilverStone has introduced two new power supply units to its HELA Rz Axis lineup, specifically the HELA 1000Rz and the HELA 1200Rz Axis. The company announced these products on May 6 as part of its standard ATX power supply offerings. Both models are designed to meet modern high-performance computing requirements while maintaining a compact physical footprint.

The HELA 1000Rz delivers 1000W of power output, while the HELA 1200Rz Axis provides 1200W. Both units carry the 80 PLUS Platinum efficiency certification, indicating high energy conversion rates. They adhere to the ATX 3.1 specification and feature native 12V-2×6 connectors for direct GPU power delivery. The HELA 1200Rz Axis includes two sets of 12V-2×6 cables to support multiple high-power graphics cards.

SilverStone equipped both power supplies with fully modular cabling and full Japanese electrolytic capacitors for durability. A 135mm fluid dynamic bearing fan ensures cooling performance within an operating temperature range of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. The 24-pin motherboard cable includes a dedicated 4-pin voltage monitoring feedback line to improve power supply stability. Additionally, both models feature 180-degree angled SATA connectors to facilitate stacked drive installations in tight cases.

The power supplies include comprehensive protection features such as over-current, over-load, over-voltage, short-circuit, and over-temperature protection. SilverStone has not yet disclosed pricing or availability details for the HELA 1000Rz or HELA 1200Rz Axis. Customers will need to wait for further announcements regarding release dates and retail pricing.
