8BitDo released two gaming peripherals to mark the Nintendo N64’s 30th anniversary. The company introduced a ‘Water Blue Transparent’ retro mechanical keyboard and an Ultimate 2 wireless PC controller. These accessories target gamers who want classic aesthetics with modern functionality.

New peripherals bring retro aesthetics to modern PC setups
The new mechanical keyboard uses a tenkeyless layout for compact desktop setups. It supports tri-mode connectivity through USB, Bluetooth, or 2.4GHz wireless dongles. Users can program the super keys to create custom macros for specific games.

The Ultimate 2 controller features TMR analog sticks and dual trigger switching with an auto-start stop charging dock. The built-in six-axis gyroscope enables motion controls in compatible titles. Extra shoulder buttons add more inputs for complex gameplay without removing hands from the main grips.
The keyboard is priced at 529 CNY (around $73), while the Ultimate 2 controller costs 269 CNY (around $39.62) (approximately $37). These peripherals combine retro aesthetics with modern connectivity options like tri-mode support. Players seeking distinctive gaming gear can now choose from these N64-inspired accessories designed for contemporary systems.
