Thermalright has introduced a new air cooling solution for desktop processors. The Phantom Spirit 140, also known as the PA140 model, targets builders who need high thermal performance without exceeding standard case clearance limits.

Dual-tower design features seven heat pipes and Nidec fans for high thermal performance.

The cooler uses a dual-tower design that accommodates two fans to maximize airflow across the fin stack. Thermalright pairs this structure with seven heat pipes rated at six millimeters each. The assembly sits on a copper base that receives computer numerical control machining for flatness and direct contact with the CPU lid.

Height measures 157 millimeters, which keeps the unit compatible with most mid-tower cases. Notches along the tower sides create clearance for tall memory modules without requiring fan repositioning. The cooler ships in three finish options: natural aluminum, black, and white.

Two Nidec fans drive air through the assembly. The outer fan measures 120 millimeters and spins up to 2400 RPM with a ball bearing. An inner 140-millimeter fan runs at 1850 RPM using the same bearing type. Socket support covers Intel FCLGA 1851, LGA 1700, LGA 1200, and LGA 115X platforms alongside AM5 and AM4 motherboards.
